Partnership Voluntary Arrangement (PVA)

A Partnership Voluntary Arrangement treats the partnership as if it were a limited company, and the provisions relating to a Company Voluntary Arrangement then apply.

There is, however, no bar to an individual partner proposing an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) either by himself, or as one of a group of partners in a series of interlocking IVA’s. In this latter case the procedures are the same as IVA’s.
