Nuala Kennedy

Position: Senior Tax Manager

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Degree in Economics and Human Geography, Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Accounting. Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountancy.

Relevant Experience: Nuala has over 20 years experience in all aspects of taxation. She currently specialises in income tax and capital gains tax planning. Nuala provides advice on the most appropriate way to transfer / sell assets to maximise CGT opportunities. She identifies the most tax efficient manner to receive income e.g. from companies as dividends or salary, resulting in significant tax savings.

Nuala has overall responsibility for HM Revenue & Customs investigations both at district level and special civil investigations.  She has developed a good working relationship with the Revenue so that settlement can be reached as efficiently and effectively as possible.
