SALARY: Negotiable* + OTE Bonus (*Placement on salary scale will depend on level of experience)
REPORTS TO: Director / Partner Team
JOB OVERVIEW:
Working closely with the Partner Team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the work of our junior members of staff to ensure Audits are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be building a strong relationship with our expansive client base. You will be a strong and effective communicator, engaging, inspiring and motivating people.
THE ROLE:
- Management and development of team of staff
- Ability to meet internal and external filing deadlines
- Delivery of audit function that is more than a compliance function but rather seeks to add value to our client’s business
- Ability to show initiative and innovation in both our client service and how we work
- Ability to spot opportunities to grow and develop the audit function
- To develop existing systems and lead the implementation of new technologies within the audit function
THE CRITERIA:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- 2 years’ post qualified experience preferably in an Audit Management role
- Experience of management of portfolio of audits clients
- Experience of working with clients across a range of different sectors
THE PERSON:
- Diligent with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office packages with a strong proficiency in Excel
- The ability to manage, lead a team whilst also being able to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be a goal and results-oriented individual with an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
