POST:                   Senior Associate (Business, Recovery & Insolvency)

DURATION:           Permanent 

LOCATION:           Dungannon, County Tyrone.

SALARY:                Negotiable* + OTE Bonus (*Placement on salary scale will depend on level of experience)

REPORTS TO:       Directorate / Partner Team

JOB OVERVIEW:

Having enjoyed continued success and growth within the local market we would like you will be part of a successful and busy team where you will gain exposure to various levels and teams across the Practice. There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to develop their own career path and opportunity to progress to a senior level within the practice. *This role is not limited by qualification and is open to all disciplines

The Successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas;

  • Working in a similar fast paced environment, dealing with a range of stakeholders 
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through delivery of a high-quality service, effective case progression and regular communication. 
  • Case Management to include data processing, reviewing financial information and producing reports
  • Liaising with solicitors and creditors where required to progress and manage cases
  • Facilitating regular, effective client meetings, with an ability to always demonstrate empathy & professionalism
  • Procedural matters such as filing, reporting, document preparation and statutory compliance
  • Proactively identifying and addressing risks or issues, and subsequently addressing these through an agreed action plan 
  • Understanding how organisations operate, with a sound commercial knowledge of those operating in public and third sectors also.
  • Previous experience of working in insolvency is preferable but not essential
  • Possessing strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise and work within time sensitive deadlines.
