CavanaghKelly Business Rescue and Insolvency Team are finalists in the TRI Awards

CavanaghKelly Business Rescue and Insolvency Team have been shortlisted as finalists in this year's TRI awards.

On its 12th year, the TRI Awards champion the companies and individuals leading the charge for diversity across the turnaround, restructuring and insolvency arena.

The CavanaghKelly Business Rescue and Insolvency Team have been shortlisted as finalists for the category of Personal Debt Solution Provider of the Year. 

The winning entry for this category will be an organisation that provides personal debt solutions such as IVAs, debt management plans, bankruptcies, protected trust deeds and debt relief orders and can demonstrate, amongst other criteria:

  • Commitment to treating customers fairly and showing evidence of embedding this culture throughout every part of the business, and evidencing fair customer outcomes
  • Commitment to the regulatory framework in with the firm operates, and demonstrating a culture in which fair treatment of individuals is embedded throughout the organisation
  • Evidence of going beyond the conduct and compliance requirements of the regulator

This is great recognition for our highly experienced team who provide clear and concise advice.  They work closely with clients to quickly get to the bottom of issues, identify and test possible solutions before considering a formal insolvency approach. Where businesses and individuals are unable to improve cashflow and profitability, the team provide specialist advice on formal insolvency proceedings.

This has been a great month for the CavanaghKelly Business Rescue and Insolvency Team as they have also been shortlisted as finalists for the category of Debt Advice Provider of the Year in the 2019 CCS Awards.
