POST: Office Administrator
HOURS: Part - time (3 days per week)
LOCATION: Stewartstown, County Tyrone
THE ROLE:
Organising and clearing invoices, dealing with sub contractor valuation claims, processing purchasers/clients individual choices for finishes with purchasers, re-laying the choices to site management and processing same with accounts. Assisting with pricing of materials and labour. Liasing with site staff, answering telephone and any other relevant purchase ledger duties or administration duties as and when required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's (A*-C)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel) and Sage
- Ability to work as part of a team and also manage your own workload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
