We are a leading advisory, tax, accounts and audit practice within Northern Ireland working with a diverse and progressive client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate/commercial solicitor or an in-house solicitor who is driven and client focused. As a Consultant in our Advisory department you will work across our Corporate Finance and Insolvency teams, assisting with our company secretarial functions and insolvency case management.
The Role
- Advice on any legal matters or developments affecting projects;
- Drafting and negotiation of agreements, structuring transactions, managing disputes etc.
- Managing disputes, advising senior members of the business on ‘live’ issues;
- Liaising with external advisors and solicitors;
- Add hoc duties as and when required.
The Person
- The ability to work independently, prioritise and work within set deadlines;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively relay information.
The Experience
- Qualified solicitor;
- Between 2 - 5 years’ post qualification experience, there is no requirement to have specific experience of insolvency or corporate finance, though corporate/commercial experience would be an advantage.
