The Advisory Team work with clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, succession planning and funding alongside the preparation of financial models. The role will allow you to work closely with the Partner and management team to develop your career in the Corporate Finance environment.
THE ROLE
- To assist with buy-side and sell-side engagements;
- To manage projects across the deal cycle;
- To prepare company valuations across a range of industries;
- To provide commercial and financial advice to our diverse client base;
- To prepare financial modelling and cash-flow projections;
- To develop and build client relationships.
CRITERIA
- ACA qualification (part-qualified may be considered if candidate demonstrates strong aptitude for the commercial market)
- Working knowledge of Corporate Finance and accounting issues
