The Role
- Responsible for the successful delivery of commercial, retail and residential builds;
- Project management of materials and the sequential continuity of subcontractors;
- Day to day site management, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors;
- Working closely with management to ensure specifications, design drawings etc. are implemented to programme;
- Communication with clients, quantity surveyors, subcontractors and administrators to ensure the terms of the contract are met in all aspects including the terms of programme, specification, quality control and health and safety.
The Person
- 3 + years’ on site management experience;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong programme management skills;
- The ability to read and interpret drawings;
- Both financial and commercial awareness of the industry and projects.
Salary will be reflective of experience and delivery of results.
