Trainee Accounting Technician

Job Reference: TAT_01_22 Location: Dungannon

The successful candidate will receive support through course fees, paid time off for study and exams, coupled with the opportunity to learn and develop by working alongside our experienced team mentors and through exposure to a wide range of clients, businesses, and sectors in an excellent working environment, all whilst working toward their Accounts Technician Ireland qualification. 

THR ROLE:

  • Liaising with a wide range of clients to provide first class accounts services
  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small companies
  • Using accounting systems and developing commercial awareness to provide an excellent service for our clients

THE CRITERIA:

  • Excellent academic background, A*-C grades at GCSE & A Level (or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills essential, particularly Word & Excel
  • Previous work experience in an office setting would be desirable

THE PERSON:

  • Genuine interest in Accountancy as a career
  • Highly motivated with enthusiasm to grow and develop their skills
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise and work within set deadlines
