Ruth joined CavanaghKelly as Human Resource Manager Prior to this, she was employed in a range of HR roles across the private & public sector. Within these roles, Ruth covered the full remit of HR activity from recruitment & selection, learning & development, employee relations and policy development as well as numerous HR projects and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Ruth has an Advanced Diploma in HR Management accredited by CIPD, a Degree in Human Resource Management and continues to keep up to date with developments in the field of HR and Employment Law.
During her time in HR, she has been involved in supporting organisations, line managers and staff achieve their goals through best practice HR. Ruth prides herself on a very approachable, solution focused style of working; allowing her to develop sound relationships across all levels of the organisations she works within.
On a personal note
Outside of work, Ruth is at her happiest when holidaying in France (Disneyland is my little piece of Heaven on Earth!) and spending quality time with her extended and growing family!
