Shauna joined the firm in 2016 and is a Director in our Business Recovery and Insolvency department. Shauna manages a portfolio of cases covering personal and corporate insolvency.
Shauna is a qualified solicitor who has gained her post qualification experience working on behalf of mainstream lenders in Northern Ireland and the UK providing advice in relation to complex litigation matters. Shauna also has experience in relation to debt recovery and negotiating payment arrangements and settlements between parties to avoid the litigation process.
Since joining CavanaghKelly, Shauna has been providing assistance to departments across the firm in relation to the legal aspects of their roles and general aspects of company law.
