Trained as an Auditor with EY, Belfast, for 4 years. Joined CavanaghKelly in 2019, worked on various corporate finance engagements such as mergers and acquisitions, due-diligence, business valuations, sale of businesses and finance proposals including providing support to clients on cashflow management and identifying possible business grants that our clients can avail of. Zoe also worked with public sector clients to deliver economic appraisal, feasibility studies and project evaluations.
Zoe now manages the Company Secretarial department where she works with both the Tax and Accounts teams to complete the company secretarial element of restructure work and company formations.
Zoe is also a manager within the Forensic Accounting team and assists in the preparation of reports for the court. Such cases include Personal Injury, Fatal Dependency, Contractual Disputes, Business Valuations and Fraud Investigation.
