CavanaghKelly sponsor Fermanagh Herald Business Awards 2018

Now in their 7th year, the Awards aim to local business success and in particular those who show initiative, business acumen and a great determination to grow the local economy.

CavanaghKelly are delighted to be involved with the Fermanagh Herald Business Awards 2018. The awards aim to celebrate local business success and in particular those who show initiative, business acumen and a great determination to grow the local economy.  Entries are now open until 3 August and the process will culminate with a Gala Awards Night in the Killyhelvin Hotel on Friday 12 October 2018.

The awards launched at the TapHouse Enniskillen with the announcement of 9 categories:

- Best Start Up Business Award

- Family Business of the Year

- Restaurant of the Year Award

- Best Tourism Initiative Award

- Business Excellence Award

- International Business of the Year

- Environmental Product / Service Award

- Lifetime Achievement Award

- Fermanagh Herald Business Person of the Year Award


CavanaghKelly are sponsoring the International Business Award and are delighted to be part of an event promoting local businesses that are making their mark on the international stage. 

This award offers applicants the opportunity to receive recognition for the growth in their locally based business through actively importing and/or exporting from/to international markets during the last two years.  The winner will demonstrate how working internationally has benefited the business's profitability. Judges will consider export/import to/from countries outside Northern Ireland (more credence will be attached to countries outside GB).  Applicants will be assessed on the following criteria

- export/import sales growth

- percentage of export/import business

- overcoming challenges/barriers to exports/imports

- strategies for growth

Individuals and businesses are invited to enter the awards by selecting the relevant category here. Self and third-party nominnations are welcome for all award categories. After the closing date, 3 August, the judging panel will shortlist each category.  Winners will be announced on Friday 12 October.
