We're joining in National Payroll Week - #NPW18

National Payroll Week is an annual awareness campaign hosted by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in the UK; the American Payroll Association (APA) in the USA and the Canadian Payroll Association in Canada. It has 2 main objectives, firstly as a national awareness campaign to recognise the efforts of professionals within the payroll industry but also to raise awareness to help workers learn more about payslips, payroll deductions and payroll related benefits.

CavanaghKelly are supporting National Payroll Week 2018 joining in the CIPP celebrations to help raise awareness of Payroll Services and those who work within the industry.  As stated by the CIPP, the week long campaign helps to demonstrate the impact payroll has on the UK economy through contribution towards the £4.46bn* collected through income tax and National Insurance.

Why choose a managed payroll service?

Often, for new, small & growing businesses a question that is raised is whether to perform tasks in-house of to outsource?  Whilst functions such as payroll can traditionally be handled in-house, there can be many benefits for some businesses to outsource their payroll to a managed service provider.  These benefits can include:

- Process accuracy and control

- Time and cost management

- Compliance risk management

- Dedicated point of contact
